Gîte Le Martin Pêcheur

On the 1st floor, you will have a living room with equipped kitchen opening onto a living room/living room equipped with a convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds with supplement of €10/night), a spacious triple bedroom (2 single beds). 90x200 which can be offered as a double bed + 1 90x190 bed), a bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find a common room consisting of a laundry area and a relaxation lounge with board games and tourist brochures.
Outside, you will benefit from parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and an enclosed garden to share.

A gym dedicated to the gites is accessible free of charge as well as a wellness area with sauna / hammam / jacuzzi / herbal tea area / toilets (additional €80 for a 2-hour session).
You will also have access to a swimming pool shared by the 3 gîtes (3.70 x 10.50 m) from July to September.

On the Listed Churches Route, halfway between the Orient and Der Lakes, come and stay in this cottage adjoining another cottage located on the upper floor of a large house.

To make your stay easier, beds will be made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and charges (heating/electricity) will be included in the price.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: aerodrome (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water activities, tree climbing, casino, etc.)
