The Jardin d'Hy-Vert gîte was designed for living inside and out, with the added comfort to enjoy it in all seasons.
With a capacity of 8 people, completely renovated and recreated on its 2 levels.
You will find:
• on the ground floor: a living room with TV and games area - table football and darts, WC. A large, friendly kitchen, which extends onto the garden where you can also enjoy your meals under the “guinguette”-style pergola.
• upstairs: you will have 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with walk-in shower and WC
• outside: a large private garden to enjoy and relax with the gentle sound of the water of the Hyrôme flowing out of the Mill.
Equipped with a garden table and a barbecue for your meals, deckchairs.
For your complete relaxation, you will have a private spa open from April to September depending on the weather conditions.
On the Chapter site, you will have access to a games area with ping-pong table, and a pétanque court with games for children (2024) accessible to all gîtes

On arrival from the motorway from Nantes, exit Chemillé-en-Anjou, take the direction of Angers and follow Chanzeaux.
Just before entering the center of Chanzeaux, after passing the Château on your right, rue du Cadeau will take you to the Moulin du Chapter (900 m).
From the Paris/Angers motorway, exit at Thouarcé to follow Chanzeaux.
Arriving from Saumur, you will arrive in Chanzeaux passing through the center and rue du Cadeau will be on your left.
The mill appears on all navigation tools: GMaps, Waze, etc.
Just before entering the center of Chanzeaux, after passing the Château on your right, rue du Cadeau will take you to the Moulin du Chapter (900 m).

Très bel environnement, un logement très confortable et des hôtes chaleureux, nous avons passé un super week-end dans un très bel endroit.
