Gîte le Hibou

Welcome to our gîte Le Hibou.

This detached gîte is situated on the small holiday estate "Aux Martis" in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne countryside.
This region is known as the heart of the "Pays de Bastides": we are surrounded by the bastides of Monflanquin, Villeréal and Monpazier.
The Dordogne, a region famous for its gastronomy, authentic villages and ancient caves, is only a stone's throw away.

On the ground floor, you'll find :
- the dining area with a modern kitchen: electric oven and induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher
- a sitting area overlooking the terrace and a sitting area next to the wood-burning stove (nice and warm in the colder months)
- bathroom (shower, washbasin) with toilet
- two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200) and one with a double bed (160x200).

From the living room, a staircase leads to the comfortable mezzanine where there is one single bed (90x200).

A short path leads to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The swimming pool is open from June through September.

On request, we can provide a cot and/or high chair free of charge.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, etc.) is provided, but bath towels are not (optional €8/person).

Approximately 50 metres from the gîte is a communal building where a washing machine can be used (free of charge).
