Hiking trails Bike path10 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne, in the countryside, gîte set in a restored old bakery, located on a property of 8000 m², close to the owner's accommodation and 2 guest rooms.
Ground floor: living room-lounge-kitchen (radio/CD), 1 bedroom with shower room/wc (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom with shower room/wc (2 beds 90). Storage room.
Private land of 400 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
The living room-kitchen and one of the bedrooms are south facing, facing the park and garden, the other bedroom is exposed to the setting sun with a private terrace overlooking the rolling countryside.
Included in the price: 3 bags of pellets offered per week for heating with a pellet stove in the main room.
Additional: for all other rooms, electric heating: general meter reading (deduction made of 8 kWh per day for current consumption). Tourist tax to be paid on site.

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans un lieu privilégié haute gamme, avec des propriétaires très
sympathiques, accueillants, dans un gîte très confortable, bien entretenu, situé dans un endroit calme et reposant. Aussi, nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de villégiature, très charmant. Les locataires qui ont séjourné 3 semaines du 17 juin au 6 juillet 2023. Cordialement. Famille JEAN
