Le Bouillatou is a 15ha family property (4ha of meadow around the gîtes and 11ha of forest) located in the Périgord Noir halfway between Bergerac, Sarlat-La-Caneda and Villeneuve-Sur-Lot. The Gîte de la Vigne is ideal for a couple with 2 children. Le Figuier gite is a romantic studio gite, ideal for a couple.

This is a property with 2 gites in Périgord stones with:
- Heated swimming pool from May to September.
- Tennis court
- Golf driving range
- Games room (table tennis, table football, darts, etc.)
- Outdoor play area for children.

Ideal for families with children or couples.

Le Figuier is the smallest of the gîtes. Comparable to a studio, it is very well laid out. It has stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It is totally detached from the other gites. Completely renovated, it offers character accommodation with its stone walls and exposed beams.

Although arranged as a studio, it is very comfortable and offers everything necessary for two people wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, sunbathe, have barbecues or just hang out on the terrace.

You can relax while watching the sun set over the magnificent Perigord countryside from your terrace.
This studio has an equipped kitchen area and a dining area.
Shower room and WC.
Sleeps 2 people with the possibility of adding a cot.
