This cottage, 100 m², which combines the comfort of modern and the charm of the old, is composed as follows:
• on the ground floor: you will find a 36 m² living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) as well as a closed living room of 13 m² with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed (sleeping 140x190 cm)
• upstairs: a clearance of 8 m² leads to two bedrooms
* the first, 20 m², has a 160x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with heated towel rail and hair dryer, a separate toilet
* the second, 23 m², offers four single beds of 90x190 cm, a private bathroom with heated towel rail and hair dryer, a separate toilet

The cottage, adjoining the owners' house, will allow you to enjoy a large landscaped garden with games for children, garden furniture and sun loungers.
The private outdoor swimming pool of 4 x 8 m, shared with the owners, is equipped with a dome and heated from mid-May to mid-September depending on the weather.

Located in the heart of the Vendée bocage, the cottage is only 5 minutes from the Cité des Oiseaux, 10 minutes from the Château de Tiffauges, 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, 25 minutes from Hellfest, 45 minutes from Nantes, 1 hour from Les Sables-d' Olonne.
