The Bellevue estate is a 19th century mansion located on a 2 hectare park, among the Pineau and Cognac vines and fields of sunflowers. It is a haven of peace where life is good…

Our 55 m² gîte is located in the old stone stables of our house. Facing south west, it is ideal for a moment of relaxation with family or friends. You will be at home here for the duration of your stay.

It consists of a separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, kitchen, dining room, terrace with a view of the park and the swimming pool. The sleeping capacity is 6 but we accept a maximum of a couple and 3 children so that everyone is comfortable. For private purposes, in your garden, you have two garden furniture and a barbecue.

You will be able to enjoy with the guests of the guest rooms all the facilities of the estate, namely, the swimming pool (from June 1st) from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the pétanque court, the car park, the park and the picnic tables. -nice… The Wi-Fi connection is via 4G. We look forward to welcoming you and introducing you to the charms of our beautiful region.

"Calme"
Ce gîte est très calme malgré la présence de la piscine.

"Un vrai petit coin de paradis"
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le gîte avec nos deux enfants. C'était très confortable. Le gîte est spacieux et complètement équipé. Il n'y manque rien pour passer des vacances relax. Vous disposez même d'un jardin privatif avec vue sur la piscine et le domaine. Le seul bémol c'est que une fois installé, vous n'aurez plus envie de repartir! Vous séjournez au calme au milieu des vignes et des tournesols tout en étant proche des grands axes mais sans en entendre les inconvénients. Le parc est magnifique et entretenu avec soin par les propriétaires. Isabelle et Patrice sont des personnes charmantes et toujours aux petits soins. Une belle rencontre qui donne envie de revenir bien vite dans leur petit coin de paradis.

"Parfait"
Logement au calme, bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel, bien exposé, avec une belle vue sur le terrain et la piscine.
La zone extérieure qui nous était exclusivement réservée est un vrai plus (salon de jardin + espace repas avec barbecue)
La situation géographique permet d'avoir à proximité tout un tas d'activités à faire en famille.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques tout en restant discrets.
Nous recommandons évidemment ce gite, dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

"Excellent séjour"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tanzac avec nos enfants. Le gîte répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. Il faut souligner le bon accueil et la disponibilité de Patrice et Isabelle.
