Minimum rental:
- 7 nights in high season
- 4 nights in low and mid season
Possibility of weekend rental of 2 or 3 nights in low and mid season.
Detached, spacious, freshly renovated house comprising:
- 1 ground floor forming 1 large living room with fully equipped kitchen (LV, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, 2 fridges including 1 with freezer compartment), living room (2 sofas + 2 armchairs, TV, stereo fi, DVD player) + 1 WC + 1 shower.
- 1 garage with various children's games
- 1 floor comprising 4 bedrooms (with 4 140 cm beds) + 1 cot + 1 bathroom (with 1 shower + 2 basins) + 1 separate WC.
- 1 outdoor terrace accessible from the dining area will allow you to take your meals outside and access 1 closed lawn (for the safety of your children) of 300 m² with private parking.

"Séjour de rêve en fin d' année"
Ce gîte est parfait. Au calme, très confortable et bien chauffé en hiver. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Ils sont aussi très réactifs et à l' écoute de nos demandes.

"Un excellent gîte !"
Nous avons tout d'abord été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire avec fleurs, corbeille de fruits de saison et un bon lot de conseils pour visiter et profiter au mieux de la région.
Le gîte est confortable et très bien équipé que ce soit pour la détente (jeux pour enfants, table de ping-pong etc) ou pour la vie en général (belle cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon).
Nous sommes venus en famille et tout le monde a adoré cet endroit.
Le secteur est calme, nous avons pu nous reposer entre 2 visites de sites touristiques et quelques escapades gourmandes.
A recommander sans hésiter, nous reviendrons.

"Confort et calme en Aveyron"
Nous avons passé un très joyeux Noel au Couderc! Le séjour-salon- salle à manger offre un espace idéal de convivialité où chacun peut trouver son espace, près de la cuisine ou de la cheminée... Nous avons apprécié la gentille attention des propriétaires qui nous avaient installé un sapin et décoré la grande table avec un joli bouquet de fleurs. Nous avons fait de jolies balades dans la campagne environnante, et sur les bords du Tarn... un jour nous sommes allés jusqu’à Millau (nous recommandons la vue depuis le village de Peyre) et avons fait une escale gourmande à Roquefort au retour. Le jour de Noel, le temps nous a permis de déjeuner dehors sur la terrasse. De façon générale, nous avons trouvé le calme et le confort que nous recherchions. La literie nous a d’ailleurs fait passer de très belles nuits...
