Our cottage "Cottage Finlandais" is located in Bourbourg, along the North Sea coast, in a triangle "Dunkirk - Boulogne-sur-Mer and Saint-Omer", very close to the natural area "le platier d'Oye -Plage” and the small seaside resort of Petit Fort Philippe. Large sandy beaches are to be discovered as well as a long jetty at Petit Ford Philippe for sea fishing enthusiasts.
Our cottage is located in the Domaine de l'Aa, a private and secure area in Bourbourg along the banks of the Aa. Bourbourg, a beautiful little town in Flanders.
Come and relax in the domain of more than 5 hectares with its private pond. Charming little wooden houses of Finnish design are built in the heart of the estate in the immediate vicinity of the pond.
Our accommodation is a real starting point for many excursions and visits such as: Dunkirk and its historic town, Boulogne-sur-Mer and its "Nausicaa" aquarium, the immense beaches of the North, the Caps "Gris Nez and Blanc Nez" d where on a clear day you can see the English coast, without forgetting the departure to England through the Channel Tunnel.
Other points of interest: nearby Belgium, Flanders, the coast, the fishing villages.
A green experience in our unusual accommodation, our "label 3 épis" gîte is recent, built in May 2019 and fully equipped for your comfort. Quality bedding, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine dryer, perfect insulation whether sound or climate with the "HQE" standard.
Sylvie, the mistress of the place has made a neat decoration to make you feel at home. We have added a large screen HD connected TV, NETFLIX and unlimited WiFi.
A covered terrace of 10 m² and a private outdoor space. Healthy activities during your stay: No Kill fishing, walks, pétanque, rest, etc.
We provide quality services for your stay: sheets and duvets provided, beds made on arrival, household linen, towels and bath towels, in the kitchen, essentials, basic spices, arrival kit "coffee, tea, chocolate, water, washing machine pods, dishwashing products and shower gel”.
A personalized welcome for your stay, the welcome booklet is present in each gîte.

"Gîte très confortable"
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le gîte de Sylvie et Fred. Le gîte est très confortable, la décoration est soignée. L'environnement est calme et agréable. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse que nous avons pu partager avec nos amis.

"Exceptionnel dans l excellence"
Très agréable gîte où rien ne manque pour le séjour tant dans le confort l hygiène et l accueil. Tranquilite détente bien être sont les mots clés de cet hébergement. Je recommande et ce séjour m a paru digne d un quatre épis. Sans nul doute je reviendrais assurément

"J'adore"
Je suis venu au chalet pour travailler à la Centrale nucléaire de Gravelines. C'est deux mois de travail intense ont été équilibrés par des nuits paisibles au chalet. Tout était parfait, de la literie à la cuisine, en passant par la salle de bain. Frédéric est d'une disponibilité exemplaire et d'une gentillesse sans égale. Merci infiniment pour tout.
