Sentieri trekking EquitazioneGîte for six people in a typical Auvergnat village, ideal for resting and taking a deep breath of fresh air thanks to the many hiking trails. The cottage is located 10 minutes from the A75. Shops nearby, the animal park of Ardes sur Couze is a quarter of an hour away, we are 20 minutes from the water park of Issoire, one hour from Puy-de-Dôme, Lioran, super Besse.
Perfect for walks, horseback riding in the village or cycling. You can easily access the plateau which surrounds the village and you will have a magnificent view.
This accommodation has been refurbished. It is equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
From a living dining room, Upstairs you have a bedroom with a 160 bed, another with two 90 beds, possibility of putting them in 180. On the landing a BZ in 140 equipped with a Simons mattress. A bathroom with walk-in shower (hair dryer available) a toilet upstairs and another on the ground floor. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Iron, ironing board, drying rack are available in the cottage. A large terrace overlooking the castle, with garden furniture, two deckchairs, table chairs, parasol.

Baby equipment available on request, bed, high chair, changing table. Rental bed for the stay 15 €.
Bed linen and towels as well as household products are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival.

Très satisfaits. Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse dans un endroit calme avec tout le confort souhaité... Très bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner et repas du soir excellents. Jocelyne et Michel sont hors normes !

"Super séjour"
Accueil très agréable, chambre et salle de bain très très propre. Cadre très agréable, avec vue sur un petit château. Cuisine très gourmande, petit déjeuner très copieux. Jocelyne et Michel sont des hôtes très sympatique.
Pour le wifi, l'idée était de déconnecter des portables donc, pas trop utilisé.. Nous avons pu mettre les motos à l'abri dans un garage et ça c'est top ! J'y retournerais avec plaisir...

"Un séjour très agréable"
Le gite est très fonctionnel, propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont des gens très réactifs et aux petits soins pour nous. Merci pour le tabouret dans la douche 😉

"Super gîte"
Très joli gîte tout neuf et très propre. Une superbe vue sur le château. Un très bon accueil de Jocelyne et Michel qui nous ont régalé avec des croissants, chocolatines et confitures. On recommande ce gîte.

"Gîte exceptionnel"
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un gîte magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé avec une très bonne literie. Jocelyne et Michel sont très agréables, accueillants, toujours à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins. Ils nous ont gâtés avec des viennoiseries, de savoureuses confitures maison et de délicieux produits du jardin. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage et reviendrons avec plaisir.

"Extraordinaire"
Quel accueil extraordinaire, que de sympathie ! Nous croyions arriver dans un gîte, mais pas du tout, l'accueil fut si jovial que nous avons eu l'impression d'arriver dans la famille. Et en plus de ce chaleureux accueil nous avons divinement mangé. En plus le gîte est tellement beau et fonctionnel que nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

"Très beau gîte dans une magnifique région !"
Gîte très agréable, neuf et très bien pensé. Propriétaires très sympa et avenants. Aucun reproche, tout était parfait. J'y retournerais avec grand plaisir !
