Facing the vines of Château Pape Clément, at the gates of Bordeaux, in a calm and green environment, the Clos du Plantier is located a stone's throw from the city center of Pessac where you will find shops and easy access to transport (tram, train station, airport and Bordeaux ring road)

The house, of recent construction, is completely independent.
It has an enclosed shaded garden, a large semi-covered terrace and a private garage.

Equipped with all modern comforts, the house has large and very significant volumes:
- a beautiful main room opening onto the terrace with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with insert fireplace
- a bedroom equipped with a 160 bed
- a mezzanine equipped with two twin beds of 90
- a large bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor

Sheets, table linen, towels and a wood wheelbarrow for the fireplace are included in the price.
