The gîte, completely independent, not overlooked, with a surface area of 65 m², has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto the private garden of approximately 200 m².
A 30 m² terrace with deckchairs, barbecue in the garden, there are garden table and chairs, with an awning for eating outside.
