As specified in the description, for fishing enthusiasts, there is the possibility of fishing nearby in our town.

The end of stay cleaning option at 50 € becomes compulsory during this period of sanitary vigilance, where the gîte must be fully cleaned and disinfected by the owners.

Ideally located between Saumur and Angers, this gîte will allow you to take advantage of the many attractions of the millenary city of Baugé on site: Château du Roi René with its show route, Hôtel-Dieu housing the famous 17th century apothecary shop, town center with a rich heritage architectural and numerous shops.

During the holiday period, dramatized visits are offered to the castle, the Hôtel-Dieu and the old court.

The surrounding small villages are particularly typical with their Romanesque churches and sometimes twisted bell towers.
Located in the castle of Baugé, the Tourist Office will accompany you in the discovery of this particularly attractive region of Baugeois in Anjou.

On the ground floor: large old-style living room with large period fireplace and bread oven, wood stove, central heating, living room (armchair + 3 sofas including a 2-person sofa bed) -Eat, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate WC. TNT Internet TV by WiFi PLC.

Upstairs, sleeping area in two separate separable parts: bedroom with double bed + alcove with single bed, small bedroom with single bed, bathroom ("hoof" type bath) and WC.

Outside: closed parking, private courtyard (with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue) in an enclosed park of 2300 m². Dominant view of the surrounding countryside.

Ideally located 25 minutes from Angers and Saumur, with access to the A 11 and A 85 motorways within 15 minutes.
