FishingOur cottage has been renovated keeping the authenticity of a family home in which lived closer to the nature of small farmers.
His main asset is his situation:
- independent but in a village
- Southeast orientation
- quiet with a garden in front of the house and an unobstructed view of the Pyrenees chain including the Pic du Midi
- the landscape is a show constantly renewed
It has a courtyard to park two or three cars
The garden and the courtyard are fenced
A barn adjoining the house allows you to store bicycles or other equipment safely.
Location:
- at 600m altitude it is very close (3 km) from the town of Bagnères-de-Bigorre, its typical Saturday morning market, its amenities
- 25 minutes from La Mongie Grand Tourmalet ski resort (the 2 € shuttle trip to La Mongie stops 300m away)
- 20 minutes from the ski resort of Payolle
- 25 km from Lourdes
- 45 minutes from Spain to reach Bosost via the Bielsa tunnel for the fastest route
- the ocean on the Basque coast at 1h57

In all weathers, there are many things to discover in our region, the main thing being to appreciate the spectacle of nature.

Discover the classified villages of Spain in Ainsa for example by taking the road which passes by Hourquette d'Ancizan and the tunnel of Bielsa; this can be done on a day, the scenery is at every turn.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le gîte de Madame Boury. Celui ci est très bien équipé, spacieux. Il n’y a rien à redire.

"Un gîte parfait !"
Gîte très bien aménagé dans une maison ancienne de caractère, avec grand jardin et vue sur le Pic du Midi de Bigorre, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques remarquables. Mme BOURY s'est montrée une hôtesse particulièrement attentionnée et de grande confiance.

Gîte spacieux et très bien équipé dans un cadre magnifique. La propriétaire est très accueillante.

Gite très bien situé, au calme dans un petit village mais avec toutes les commodités (à 5 minutes en voiture), les cols d'Aspin et Tourmalet (30 minutes).
Livraison de pain à domicile vers 9h30 pour 5 centimes.
Terrasse donnant sur un beau jardin avec le pic du Midi en arrière plan : magnifique!
Gite spacieux et fonctionnel.
Mme BOURY nous a bien renseignés sur les choses à faire sur le secteur avec nos enfants.

Dans le cas où 2 couples souhaitent louer, le propriétaire propose en lieu et place de la chambre du rez-de-chaussée un BZ (canapé convertible) dans une pièce située sous le toit aménagée en loft.
Internet : il n'y a pas de WiFi mais le réseau 4G fonctionne bien dans la maison.
