Gîte Larose, location de gîte en Normandie

The Larose cottage can accommodate 4 people (6 people with the sofa bed)
Rental of the gîte for two days minimum in low and mid season, and seven days minimum in July/August

Bed linen is included in our prices, the beds are made (duvets, pillows, mattresses) and we only provide bath mats = be careful to take your own towels and tea towels for the kitchen.

A roll of toilet paper per toilet, one bath towel per bathroom, a sponge, a dishwasher tablet, cleaning products and cloths are provided in the gîte.
You also have a photo inventory in the cupboard doors and drawers so you know where to store all the supplies.

We do not accept NOISY parties or gatherings, our lodgings are quiet and family-friendly (except ONLY for New Year's Day).

The deposit of €500, deposited on your arrival, will be returned to you three days after your departure (by mail or destruction) after a satisfactory visit to the gîte (otherwise we will be obliged to withdraw this deposit).

Additional fee of €100 per animal brought.

The cleaning package is available all year round, except in July and August, and amounts to €60 for this gîte = please note, with the cleaning package we still ask you to leave the dishwasher empty, the linen bed removed and bins emptied (without a cleaning package, you will have a cleaning instruction manual to help you leave the gîtes as you found them on your arrival!)

The Ferme de la Hamberie gîtes practice selective sorting, you have a special bin for glass and plastic to be placed in specialized containers in the heart of the village.

A bakery/pastry shop is located 2 minutes from our gîtes!
Falaise town is 10 minutes by car with a town center, all amenities, the castle of William the Conqueror as well as supermarkets. The Falaise market takes place on Saturdays.

The Larose gîte is ACCESSIBLE to people in wheelchairs (fitted bathroom and toilets, bedrooms on the ground floor)
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and private garden (possibility of additional sleeping in the double sofa bed in the living room)

The estate is located a stone's throw from Suisse Normande, 40 minutes from Caen, 10 minutes from Falaise and 1h30 from the landing beaches! …the region will offer you all the sporting, cultural, historical and gastronomic activities that will delight the whole family! … We will provide you with all the information on this subject on site!

We have a shared swimming pool with a launching seat, a large games room located in the old barn of the farm (ping-pong, table football, giant chess, etc.) and a football field with badminton!

We do not have a large common room, you rent this gîte for 9 or 11 people, but we can provide you with contact details for the village village hall if you need it!
