Le Bouillatou is a 15ha family property (4ha of meadow around the gîtes and 11ha of forest) located in the Périgord Noir halfway between Bergerac, Sarlat-La-Caneda and Villeneuve-Sur-Lot. The Gîte de la Vigne is ideal for a couple with 2 children. Le Figuier gite is a romantic studio gite, ideal for a couple.

This is a property with 2 gites in Périgord stones with:
- Heated swimming pool from May to September.
- Tennis court
- Golf driving range
- Games room (table tennis, table football, darts, etc.)
- Outdoor play area for children.

The vineyard is a small house completely independent of the other lodgings. Completely renovated, this cottage offers characterful accommodation with its stone walls and exposed beams.
Fully equipped (including a washing machine).
On the ground floor :
Large open room with large double bed, kitchen, living room, shower room and WC, comfortably furnished, with double doors opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs (mezzanine):
Two single beds.

Outside, the vine creates a patio forming a magnificent independent, shaded and very relaxing terrace where you can relax while watching the sun set over the magnificent Perigord countryside from your terrace.

For the winter season, this gîte is also equipped with a wood stove on the ground floor and electric radiators on the mezzanine.

Le Bouillatou is a group of several lodgings sharing common areas: swimming pool, games room, tennis court, golf practice.
