It is located in Lacapelle-Marival (13th century castle) between Figeac and Rocamadour.
This gîte faces a beautiful wooded garden of around 1000m².
A round swimming pool of approximately 4.5 m in diameter (usable in July and August) and outdoor equipment complete the package.
Gîte (surface area 130 m²), includes on the ground floor a dining room + kitchen, 1 bedroom sleeping 4, a lounge area, 1 bathroom with WC and upstairs: a games/living room, 1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom + wc, 3 sleeping areas.
In Lacapelle-Marival you will find shops (Intermarché, bakeries, pharmacy, doctor, dentists, but also brasseries and restaurants, etc.).
Within a 1 hour drive, there are plenty of tourist and leisure sites:
- UNESCO world heritage sites (the Gouffre de Padirac, the Assier castle, the Castelnau-Bretenoux castle, etc.)
- villages classified as the most beautiful villages in France (Cardaillac, Autoire, Loubressac, Capdenac, Carennac, Martel), the sacred city of Rocamadour, the medieval city of Figeac, the city of Collonges-la-Rouge, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie , the Caves of Pech Merle, caves of Très, as well as parks or zoo (Parc Animalier de Gramat, Le Rocher des Aigles, etc.), but also activities such as tree climbing in Figeac, canoeing on the Dordogne, the Célé, the Lot and of course many hiking or mountain bike trails...

The fixed "cleaning package" of €120 includes complete cleaning at the end of the stay (€60) as well as the rental of clean sheets (sheets cleaned and beds done) and towels (€60).

A “central heating” supplement of €15/day will be requested between October the 15th and May the15th.

"Séjour à 12 personnes"
Nous étions un groupe de 3 adultes et 9 adolescents, le gîte était parfaitement adapté pour cette configuration.
Accessibilité, accueil de Vincent, équipements (cuisine et jeux/loisirs), jardin extérieur, calme... bref, un idéal.
Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons.

Et pour rappel il est possible de louer les deux gîtes en même temps, ce qui monte la capacité d'accueil à 18 personnes
