The cottage is located in a charming little village, Le Chambon, in the town of Blassac, the cottage is very quiet, you will benefit from maximum sunshine, as regards contact with nature, the Allier river passes at the bottom of home. Fishing, swimming, lazing around ...
Our haven of peace is located 3 minutes from Lavoûte-Chilhac, a village full of character, authentic and charming.
Lavoûte-Chilhac is very lively in season, all year round you will find local shops and services, bakery, butcher, mini market, post office, bank, restaurants, bars ...
The meanders of the Allier in the middle of the village, the priory or even the 15th century bridge are must-sees not to be missed under any circumstances.
15 minutes south of the cottage, you will discover the charming ville of Langeac where you will find several supermarkets as well as all the shops you might need. Do not miss its famous weekly market, every Thursday.
To the north, 20 minutes away, the town of Brioude will offer you even more choices in terms of shops or services. The Saint-Julien basilica is magnificent there.
The cottage is made up on the first floor of a beautiful furnished terrace, 4 bedrooms, a large dormitory with sloping ceilings, 1 large living / dining room equipped with a giant screen. You will also have access to a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 lounge / reading area
On the ground floor you can find a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 laundry room and finally 800 m² of land with a view of the valley and the famous hammock.
The vast majority of rooms benefit from the WiFi network. Depending on the operator, the mobile telephone network may vary. The housework will be carried out by us, they benefit from a compulsory fixed price. We provide you with 2 bicycles free of charge.
Also at your disposal a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothes line, an ironing board and an iron. We provide you with quilts and their covers as well as pillows and pillowcases.
On the "kitchen" side, everything you need is on site, cutlery, plates, dishes, oven, microwave, robot cooker, coffee maker and the essential barbecue!

At the exit of Lavoute-Chilhac when you are on the D4 towards La Chomette, in a right bend you have on your left a small road which starts in front of you, you have to take it. You then have an intersection approx. 1 km further on, you go straight ahead, continuing along the Allier. The next village is our village.
When you arrive in the village of Chambon in front of you, you have a fountain and the communal oven next to it, you pass between the two, our Gîte is the last house at the back on the left, a sign "gites.fr" is hung on the wall.

"Séjour formaidable en famille"
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Maison spacieuse, agréable et joliment décorée. Rien ne manquait, même pour les jeunes enfants (jouets, lit parapluie...). L'environnement est magnifique dans un petit village calme et paisible. Maison non loin de la rivière. Communication avec les hôtes parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue.

Gite très agréable, spacieux, très bien équipé, propre. Aménage avec goûts, les hôtes Olivier et Dorothee sont accueillants et se soucient du bien-être de leur locataire. Cadre très agréable, activités de nature à exploiter (canoë , randonnée , trail) un régal pour les petits et les grands

"Un havre de paix"
Nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner au gîte de " La Petite Voute" où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Gite de charme amenagé avec goût et où rien ne manque.
Le paysage est très beau , et l environnement très calme.
nous adorons les randonnées pédestres et avons découvert de merveilleux paysages.
Le petit village est très atypique avec toutes ses maisons en pierres.
Nous avons testés les différents restaurants à Lavoute Chilhac et nous nous sommes régalés dans ce village qui est à visiter.
Merci à Dorothee & Olivier pour leur accueil.
On reviendra c est sûr.
