On the property, there is a second gîte: La Dépendance which can accommodate 7 people.
The house consists
• on the ground floor
- a living room: a living room with TV and Wi-Fi as well as a fitted kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set, machine wash…),
It is heated only by a wood stove (the wood is provided in reasoned and reasonable use!),
- a bathroom with walk-in shower,
- separate toilets.
• upstairs :
- a mezzanine with games and books for the whole family,
- a bedroom with a 160 bed,
- a second bedroom with a 140 bed and two 90 beds,
The beds are made before your arrival.
If you are coming with a baby, we can install a cot with mattress and sleeping bag, lend you a cane stroller, a high chair...everything baby needs to feel at home.
To complete your stay, the family swimming pool is accessible from June to September (depending on the weather).
The swimming pool, the outdoor games, the ping-pong table, garden furniture are on the 5000 m² of the property and are to be shared with the second gite as well as us!
Close to both local shops in the center of Mouilleron-le-Captif and also to the largest shopping center in Vendée.
Also, the house is 300 m from the Parc de Beaupuy which offers 33 ha of pleasant walks and the discovery of different quality natural environments.
We are also a few minutes from a large shopping center and a hypermarket
The cottage is 5 minutes from all shops.
It is also close to tourist and cultural sites:
- 5 min from Vendespace,
- 30 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne,
- 45 minutes from Nantes,
- 50 minutes from Puy-du-Fou,
- 1 hour from Noirmoutier,
- 1h15 from La Rochelle.

The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging.
The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
For cancellations due to Covid and government directives, full refund if possible confinement.
No refunds will be made for a positive case report.

"Gîte et Hôtes très accueillant"
