Private poolLocated between the Lot and the Dordogne, La Petite Fagette is at the exit of the charming little village of Frayssinet-le-Gélat. The lodge is at the heart of numerous excursions, hiking, mountain biking, car tours, fishing. You will also enjoy activities linked to the Dordogne and Lot rivers (Canoeing, Gabarre visits, etc.)
You can also discover magnificent villages such as Goujounac, Puy-l'Évêque, Gourdon, Rocamadour, Sarlat.
Less than 10 km from all amenities, you will be in one of the most beautiful regions of France with its castles, its gastronomy and its vineyards.
But La Petite Fagette is above all a charming little house with 3 bedrooms (including an attic upstairs), a living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a barbecue, a swimming pool, all on a pretty garden with trees.
A pleasant relaxation area, reading, board games awaits you on the first floor as well as a separate toilet with hand basin and two relax armchairs.
There is also reversible air conditioning, wood stove and electric heating, Wi-Fi access, a 6m² covered terrace with a small table and two chairs. You will benefit from a technical room with private washing machine, refrigerator (top), freezer.
A pretty open plot of 1300 m² with a private swimming pool (8x4 with gentle slope up to 1m40) secured by a bar cover, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor games (petanque, molkky) and parking private will ensure a pleasant life. Finally, the tranquility and freshness of the beech trees and the small lane which border the property will seduce you.

Gîte très bien équipé, propre et bien agencé.
Climatisation dans la cuisine et salon.
Nous sommes restés 17 jours et nous avons eu un temps magnifique avec de grosses chaleurs heureusement que nous avions a notre disponibilité la belle piscine pour se rafraîchir.
Les hôtes Corinne et Stéphane sont aux petits soins pour vous, très agréables et discrets.
A l'arrivée délicieux petits gâteaux et jus de pomme offerts.
Dans les environs pleins de magnifiques randonnées balisées traversant des champs et forêts, superbes villages et sites a visiter en particulier Rocamadour qui vaut le détour.
Si vous aimez le calme, le confort au milieu d'une nature riche en faune : chevreuils, sangliers, ragondins... et en sites et villages de toute beauté, vous ne serez pas déçus.
Une chose est sûre nous reviendrons.
