PiscinaThis beautiful ground floor apartment has a living room with TV, free wifi inside and outside, and its open equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine…).
The bedroom has a large double bed 160. The bathroom consists of a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.
Outside there is is a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the swimming pool, where you can take your meals under the shade of the vine.
You can also enjoy our large 17x5m swimming pool which is sunny all day with secure access.
A parking space is available in front of the rental as well as at the back in our private car park.
This property is located on a large wooded and quiet plot, yet so close to the medieval city of Sarlat at 600m and its lively center, its shops, its restaurants, as well as its magnificent local produce market.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le gîte La Perrière. Le gîte est idéalement situé (au calme mais proche de la ville de Sarlat) et l'environnement (terrain et piscine) est très agréable !

Cathy est très gentille, elle a pris le temps de nous donner des explications sur Sarlat et ses alentours. Appartement très chaleureux et bien placé.

Endroit calme , et confortable .à une magnifique piscine ; à seulement 10 mn à pied du centre ville , et des restaurants.

Perfecte locatie om je vakantie te vieren! Geschakelde huisjes met een comfortabele inrichting en voldoende privacy, op loopafstand van historisch Sarlat la Caneda en met rondom Sarlat vele bezienswaardige plaatsen. Bij de huisjes een grote tuin, zeer ruim bemeten zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols en beschaduwde parkeerplaats. Cathy Delibie is een hartelijke gastvrouw die er alles aan zal doen om je het naar de zin te maken. Wij gaan er al jaren heen en hebben er altijd, ook met de kinderen en kleinkinderen een heerlijke vakantie!
