Comfortably equipped, it will be the starting point for your walking or cycling (loan possible bikes).
On the ground floor you enter the living room with adjoining kitchen, you will install your bags there in a suite with a large 160 bed and a shower, basin and separate toilet.
1st floor staircase serves a second separate toilet and a second bedroom with 160 bed and shower / basin and a three bedroom with two 90 beds.
The cottage was equipped to make you feel at home so you will find: gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, combination fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, dryer , DVD player, WiFi, barbecue, swings, loungers, outdoor games.
On request there is free baby equipment: cot, bath, changing mat, safety gate, high chair
The reception is from 16:00 for a departure before 11:00 (these times can be modulated on demand and possibilities).

Quel beau séjour chez Véronique. Nos jeunes enfants ont été ravis de pouvoir nourrir les animaux de la petite ferme pédagogique avec Véronique qui s'en occupe avec passion. Très bon accueil, vaste logement bien équipé, propre et très beau (3 chambres, cuisine, salon, machine à laver, etc). Les châteaux ne sont pas loin, dont celui de Langeais à 10 min de là. On reviendra.

Avons passé un excellent séjour chez Veronique et Isabelle, belle demeure, dans un endroit calme à la campagne.
Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour les hôtes qu’elles reçoivent !!
Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans la région !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Gîte de l'ancien préau. les propriétaires sont super agréable la présence des animaux fait tout son charme. Nombreux château et cave à visiter aux alentours

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable cet été dans le gîte de l'ancien préau, rénové avec goût et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire ; le cadre est très calme et invite incontestablement au repos ! Merci à Christophe pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Accueil très convivial de Christophe et Alix. Chambre très agréable dans cette ancienne école construite en 1888 et restaurée en gardant un cachet authentique de ce lieu. Les petits déjeuners sont succulents accompagnés de jus d'oranges pressées et confitures maison...un régal pour les yeux et les papilles. Je recommande vivement cette demeure qui accepte les chiens...un grand merci à Christophe pour sa gouaille et sa simplicité. Monique et Jeanclaude
