A former florist, I will be happy to welcome you to this charming air-conditioned gîte.
The equipment is of good quality.
It is located in a large mansion.
In the heart of the Dordogne Lotoise valley, surrounded by the most beautiful villages in France, such as Martel, Rocamadour, a little further Sarlat-la-Canéda and other little gems.
The Gouffre de Padirac is ranked among the most fascinating sites in France and Europe.

This accommodation is prepared by me.
The beds are made for your arrival.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
Living room, lounge, open fitted kitchen.
A master bedroom with a queen-size bed.
A bedroom with a bunk bed.
Shower room with shower and sink.
Separate WC.
Terraces, but above all the possibility of access to the enclosed garden of 1600 m², where you can enjoy the deckchairs and the peace and quiet.

This cottage is ideally located, not far from the Dordogne which offers different activities (canoeing, paddle-up, gabare, etc.)
Cool off and why not "take it easy" and listen to the lapping of the water.
Our beautiful market hall in Martel where the market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
A free ball with an orchestra only in the summer.
