Motorcyclists welcome Charlotte's house was built in a house over 100 years old, with its country spirit it offers you calm, tranquility and ease.
THE COTTAGE
With a surface area of 100 m² on two levels, it is located near the owners' house and can accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor: living room and kitchen area - dining room (36 m²), wc.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom of 20 m² (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom of 21 m² (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room and separate toilet.
The kitchen opens onto a 30 m² terrace (partly covered) and the garden with swings and slide for children.
Car or motorbike garage, bike room, courtyard.
The property is completely closed.
We are near Poitiers, located between the castles of the Loire, Richelieu, Chinon, Fontevraud-l'Abbaye, Puy du Fou and the Poitevin marsh. Futuroscope 20 km.
Tourist documentation is at your disposal as well as our knowledge of the region.
We will have many suggestions for outings, tourist and cultural walks to offer you.

"Une belle chambre d hôtes"
Des hôtes extrêmement attentionnés, une très jolie chambre tout était parfait. Le calme la propreté, le confort tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, et idéalement situé pour visiter le Futuroscope. Une adresse à retenir.
