We invite you to discover the Ria d'Etel, its port, its many islets including that of Saint-Cado in Belz (6 km), the ports of "Magouër" and "Vieux Passage" (4 km), the peninsula island and the small sea of Gavres with its large surf and fine sand beaches.
7 km from the large fishing site on foot of the small sea of Gâvres.
Hiking path passing on the edge of the property.
Independent cottage for 8 people, labeled 3 ears (Gîtes de France) and 3 stars (prefectural classification), with a surface area of 130 m² with private parking on a fully fenced garden of 500 m² located 50 meters from the road leading to the citadel of Port-Louis, on the edge of a wood, 500 m from all shops and services and only 2.5 km from beaches classified "Blue Flag" for the quality of their waters.
On the ground floor: 1 fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, a bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bathroom (Italian shower), 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), with the possibility of adding a cot, shower room, wc, and FROM SEASON 2022, 1 additional bedroom (1 bed of 160x200 modular in 2 beds of 80x200). A mezzanine with bench.
2 terraces with garden furniture, one of which is located to the east, and the second to the south-west in order to enjoy the moments of idleness at all hours of the day.
Large garage to store bicycles and miscellaneous. Barbecue.
Gas central heating.
This cottage can also be rented as a 2-person version (only the ground floor and the mezzanine, the rest being condemned) outside school holidays from 330 to 460 € per week.
ARRIVAL TIMETABLE: It is possible to take possession of the keys from 11 a.m. but the gîte will only be available after full maintenance, of course (3 p.m. maximum, an SMS will be sent to your mobile as soon as the gîte is available).
You will be enchanted by the magnificent landscape of the picturesque Ria d'Etel and its many islets, the citadel of Port-Louis, the Gulf of Morbihan, classified as the most beautiful bays in the world, dotted with islands such as Île aux Moines.
Also to see, Rochefort-en-Terre, the most beautiful village in France 2016.

"Séjour Très agréable"

Maison très bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Intimité de la terrasse avec les rideaux occultant. Proximité des commerces. Propriétaires accueillants. De belles balades à proximité du gîte. A réserver sans hésitation.

"séjour"
nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison bien agencée et pourvue de vaisselle et accessoires nécessaires, très bonne literie. C'est une adresse que je garde pour d'éventuelles vacances.

"Gîte très agréable"
Le gîte est agréable et fonctionnel. Très proche de la presqu'île de Gavres, des plages de Plouhinec. Commerces à 5 minutes en voiture. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires dans les conditions difficiles du covid. Ils nous ont même laissé poser nos affaires dans le garage en fin de matinée, ce qui nous a fait gagner un temps précieux sur le reste de la journée. C'est assez rare pour être noté. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. Merci encore.
