Enjoy the calm of this typically Sologne property with its private garden overlooking a vegetable garden.
The cottage is located 20 kilometers south of Orleans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Hike, cycle, visit the castles or discover the different golf courses, you will be at the center of many possibilities.
The cottage was restored in 2020 and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located in a property.
The farmhouse is on one level
- 1 living room of 63 m² with equipped kitchen, central island, wood stove in large fireplace
- 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds of 90x190, bathroom and private toilet; 1 with 1 bed of 160x200
- 1 bathroom, 1 second toilet
- table football, swings

"un gîte d'exception"
Que dire de plus qu'il est magnifiquement restauré et spacieux? Rien, si ce n'est que l'accueil des hôtes est aussi parfait!

"Un havre de paix"
Nous avons effectué un séjour parfait, dans une magnifique longère, parfaitement équipée, profité des espaces de verdure, barbecue, baby-foot et surtout du chant des oiseaux. Les hôtes sont prévoyants et disponibles. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.

"Gîte au top"
Gîte agréable, spacieux, lumineux et confortable.
