It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, living room/lounge with fireplace.
On the ground floor, a very beautiful, bright and spacious bedroom (20 m²) with 1 160 cm bed, shower room and WC.
Upstairs, a 2nd bedroom of 22 m², just as well appointed, includes a 140 bed and a convertible sofa.
A space designed for outdoor dining is at your disposal.
You will also have access to the swimming pool (11 x 5 m, secured by a fence) with time slots.
Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Martin-de-Gurson, you can access essential shops (grocery store and bakery) on foot and will be only 5 minutes from Lake Gurson, a lake with supervised swimming in summer.
