There is no smoking anywhere at the property, and this also excludes vaping.

Property to be left clean and tidy, and bedding stripped and ready to collect
Rates as per website and include tourist / visitor tax, payable upon arrival.
This is a whole property rental and is subject to a returnable deposit (cash / card) subject to no losses or damages being agreed.
The rate of the security deposit is currently € 300 /£255 GBP cash upon arrival or card payment in advance, but any claim for losses or damage could easily exceed this amount.
