Near a charming village in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, with the particularity of being located on an island, near a river that fishing enthusiasts will appreciate and a landscaped lake, La Grange d'Elie is perfect for pleasantly accommodating 4 to 8 people!
It is a corner of preserved nature, wide open spaces, all located at the crossroads of exceptional sites, listed villages, without forgetting the generosity of our land that you can find on our producers' markets.

Access to the gîte via a few steps, secure terrace with relaxation lounge area and large garden furniture protected by a large electric awning.
A large bay window serves the gîte with all the rooms on the same level: large living room with lounge area (flat screen TV, large corner sofa), dining area, beautiful kitchen area with built-in units.
A large corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed where you can easily add a baby bed which will be provided, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds. Separate WC.
Unfenced land of 400 m² with portico, private fenced swimming pool.

La Grange d'Elie is a comfortable gîte equipped with reversible air conditioning and fiber.
Gîte adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked: private entrance, park and parking overlooking the access road.

Upon arrival, beds made, shower towels and tea towels provided at no extra charge.
