A double-sided wood stove separates the entrance room, equipped with a convertible sofa (140x190) and the living room.

A technical room (washing machine, boiler, for ground floor underfloor heating)
The ground floor is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 140), bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, separate WC.
2nd floor: converted attic with 2 90x200 beds, 1 120x190 bed
Optional: sheets, towels & household linen

"Super Vacances"
Nous avons passés une excellente semaine de vacances dans le gîte d'Yvette. Elle est au petit soin avec ses locataires. Le gîte est bien situé pour les différentes visites aux alentours (Malzieu, St Flour, viaduc de Garabit...).
Je le recommande les yeux fermés.

Nous y avons était dans le but de se retrouver en famille, et de couper de la ville,
la maison est grande, bien équipée, et pour nous qui somme venu en novembre, maison bien isolée

Accueil et services au top. gîte spacieux, propre et bien aménagé. Commodités villageoises appréciable et très disponible (supérette et restaurant)
