Gîte la Forêt du Château de Bourneau

Located in the heart of the Vendée bocage, the Château de Bourneau property will enchant you with its calm and its proximity to nature. Easily accessible, our property is ideal for organizing reunions with your loved ones.

The gîte de La Forêt is part of the outbuildings of the château and originally housed the château's bread oven. The house has retained its character with its exposed beams and its fireplace equipped with a wood stove. The main house can sleep six people in three bedrooms and the annex in the garden offers four perfect additional sleeping places. The house and the annex come together around the garden and its private swimming pool.

THE MAIN HOUSE

The ground floor of the main house hosts the living rooms with the dining area, the TV lounge and its large open fireplace. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has direct access to the garden, ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs, two bedrooms with two single beds share a bathroom and a large bedroom with a double bed has a private bathroom.

ANNEX

The ground floor annex has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, which share a bathroom. Each room has direct access to the garden.

Our rates include beds made, two towels per person and the cleaning fee. We provide you with logs to enjoy the fireplace.
