Die Gîte La Fontanelle ist seit mehr als einem Jahrhundert Eigentümer dieses Familienhauses und wurde von uns vollständig entworfen und renoviert, um Sie zufrieden zu stellen.
Ehemaliges Winzerhaus auf den Anhöhen, genießen Sie eine außergewöhnliche Aussicht, kommen Sie und entspannen Sie zu zweit in dieser grünen Umgebung für ein Wochenende von 2 Nächten, ein paar Tagen oder einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt.
Ideal gelegen, können Sie die Gelegenheit nutzen, diese hübsche Ecke des Aveyron zu entdecken, wo Sie die Qual der Wahl zwischen kulturellen, gastronomischen, Freizeit- oder Sportaktivitäten haben (Wandern vom Ferienhaus aus möglich).
Ein schicker Landhausstil wurde für die Wohnküche gewählt, ein weiterer floraler und trendiger für das Schlafzimmer mit Duschbereich und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal und die Weinberge von Marcillac.
Eine Grünfläche auf einer privaten Terrasse ermöglicht es Ihnen, draußen zu Mittag zu essen und sich auf den 2 dafür vorgesehenen Liegestühlen auszuruhen.
Der Zugang zum Ferienhaus ist völlig unabhängig.
Es ist gemacht aus :
• im Erdgeschoss: eine Wohnküche mit separatem WC: Sofa, Flachbildfernseher, runder Tisch und Stühle, eine integrierte Küche mit Induktionskochfeld, Dunstabzug, Backofen/Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster…
• im 1. Stock: ein großes, sehr helles Schlafzimmer mit 2 Fenstern mit doppelter Ausrichtung: King Size Bett, Couchtisch und Vintage-Sessel, Kommode, Kleiderständer, Duschbad: Waschbecken und beleuchteter Spiegel, Waschtisch, Duschkabine mit Schiebetüren, Handtuchhalter.
• außen: eine große Terrasse mit einem Tisch und 2 Stühlen, einem Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegestühlen, um jederzeit den Blick auf das Vallon de Marcillac zu genießen.

Any cancellation must be notified to the lessor in writing (email or post) as soon as possible.
• if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days (date of receipt by the owner) before the rental date:
- the deposit paid will always be considered due and worth the rental price
- the balance of the amount of the stay will remain due (to be paid)
• if the contract is terminated more than three months before the start of the rental:
- the deposit will be refunded to the tenant as soon as possible and the balance if already paid
• in the event of termination of the contract by one or other of the parties within three months preceding the date planned for occupation of the premises, the following provisions are adopted:
- the deposit will not be refunded. However, it may be returned if the furnished accommodation could be re-rented for the same period and at the same price.
- if it is the owner who denounces the agreement, he will reimburse the amount of the deposit without prejudice to article 1590 of the Civil Code.
• the tenant must report any delay on the scheduled arrival date (by email or post).
If a delay of more than 4 days has not been reported by the tenant, the rental will be canceled, the owner will have the right to try to re-rent the accommodation, while retaining the deposit and the balance of the rental paid..
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, not falling under force majeure, no refund will be made, apart from the security deposit. Force majeure is recognized if the tenant has a serious reason making it impossible for the rental to proceed in full. In this case, the owner can refund the sums already paid, corresponding to the proportion of the occupancy period not completed.

"Un joli coin de paradis"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Dans un cadre magnifique et très reposant. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques. La décoration du gîte super joli et fonctionnel. Nous avons fait de belles balades dans les villages aux alentours et bien goûté à la gastronomie Aveyronnaise. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de passer une bonne semaine. A recommander absolument !

"Cadre et hôtes agréables et sympathiques"
Logement impeccable. Site magnifique avec de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées ou de balades sympathiques… et de belles possibilités pour se régaler avec les spécialités locales (fromages, vin, charcuterie, aligot, etc.). Je garde un excellent souvenir de cette semaine passée trop vite. J'ai hâte de pouvoir y revenir.

Merci Luc pour ce commentaire. La nouveauté en cette saison 2022 c'est l'installation du Wifi GRATUIT dans le gîte, la connexion devrait être meilleure maintenant !
