A beautiful holiday home for 4 people (adults and children from 12 years old), opposite our B&B, with beautiful views, a large balcony and a green garden with swimming pool.
Located in a small village in the countryside in the east of Puy-de-Dôme.
A nice place to enjoy peace, nature and other people.

The cottage has:
- a comfortable living room with French windows and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the large balcony
- two spacious bedrooms on the first floor with also a superb view
- a large bathroom, located in the medieval part of the house, offers a luxurious experience with a walk-in shower, a relaxing bath (with a view), two sinks and an infrared sauna

But of course you also want to enjoy life outdoors. That's possible! From the balcony you already have a magnificent view. A stone staircase leads to the garden.
The garden is sloping and divided into 4 terraces, equipped with a nice lounge for aperitifs, a table for outdoor dining, deckchairs, parasols and, of course, the swimming pool to cool off. Don't forget your binoculars to observe the daily bird show!

With a surface area of over 100 m² and a spacious plot of 500 m², this holiday home offers all the space and freedom you need for a relaxing and relaxed stay.
