You take the 2x2 Rennes-Angers lane towards Angers. A few km before Martigné-Ferchaud, you arrive at a roundabout which marks the end of the development of this expressway into 2x2 lanes.
At the second roundabout (which is a few meters from the first), you will take the 2nd exit (direction Retiers in slow track - tractor).
Nearly 800 m. approximately, you take the 1st on the left.
You pass under a bridge (expressway) and then over another bridge (disused SNCF track).
You enter the hamlet of Boulière just after this bridge on the right.
You make approximately 300 M. until you see a parking lot on your LEFT. The gite is right next door.
- Coming from Paris (therefore Vitré), Nantes, Angers ...
You bypass Martigné-Ferchaud and take the direction of Rennes.
After about 2 km, you arrive at a temporary roundabout. At this roundabout, you take the first exit (as if you were going straight) in the direction of Retiers (slow track - tractor).
Nearly 800 m. approximately, you take the 1st on the left.
You pass under a bridge (expressway) and then over another bridge (disused SNCF track).
