Gite La Chèvrerie

Welcome to our self-catering holiday cottage. The cottage is located next to our organic farm in a wonderfully quiet countryside. The most beautiful beaches are only a few miles away. The cottage is 95 sq m and has been entirely refurbished in 2013. All rooms are decorated with a light, laid-back design. The cottage has three bedrooms: one double bedroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, which opens onto a large living-room. There is also an extra room which can serve as a lounge or a playroom, and which has a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a shower, and there is a separate toilet. We accept more than 6 people, but at an extra cost (please ask us). Please be aware that, as with all French self-catering accommodation, guests should bring their own bedlinen, or pay an extra cost for renting it.
You will find a wealth of activities in the area: beaches, cycling, golf, pony/horse riding, historic villages, shopping in Sables d’Olonne, restaurants, swimming pools, islands of Yeu and Ré, Vendée Globe race, Puy-du-Fou show… please visit our website for more information.
The villages of Olonne-sur-Mer or Château-d’Olonne, 5 km away, have all commodities: bakery, supermarket, post office, doctors, pharmacy and even a movie theatre!
We will be happy to give you a tour of the farm, but please be aware that our activities are less interesting in Summer. Also, as it is a working site, we will ask you not to enter the farm on your own. This is also the reason why, unfortunately, we do not accept animals.
