La Charmeraie is a delightful collection of several buildings nestled in the middle of a 4.5 hectare park surrounded by meadows and forests, at the end of a path frequented only by those who live there...

You are here protected from noise and will only aspire to enjoy the tranquility and charm of the place.

This house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, a short distance from Les Eyzies (13 restaurants) and Le Bugue (all shops and supermarkets and its oldest market in Périgord).

The house is ideal for 4 adults and 4 or 5 children or a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. The house is nicely furnished and has quality kitchen equipment (Miele dishwasher and washing machine), Nespresso coffee maker. TV lounge, library lounge, fireplace lounge, warm kitchen, two separate staircases allowing relative privacy when two families wish to get together: La Charmeraie is a very comfortable house, nicely furnished, one of those which makes you want to always stay on holiday.

The heated swimming pool (28°/30°) is large (15.5 x 5.5) and allows you to do laps. It's salty. It has a removable cover allowing you to swim sheltered on bad weather days and in the sun on nice days. Located 50 m from the house, it is secure.

Animals are accepted. For male dogs we ask that their masters do not let them lift their paws on the garden plants.

Priest's garden, barbecue, deck chairs, large table under the century-old lime tree, swimming pool on the estate, landscaped, heated and secure, vast open spaces for running: La Charmeraie is made up of multiple private areas, partitioned off with pretty stone walls and furnished so that everyone can find space and rest according to their aspirations.

It is also a children's paradise: ping-pong, badminton court, volleyball and wide open spaces far from all traffic. For small swings and sandboxes.

From the house, go on foot or by bike for multiple walks on solitary trails.

A few minutes by car you can ride horses, swim in the Vézère, visit caves and castles, admire magnificent gardens, stroll through the most beautiful villages in France, attend major festivals, stroll through the markets and fall for all our delicious regional products.
At night, far from any light pollution, admire the Milky Way.
