In the middle of the countryside, this semi-detached house with private pool offers a good location to discover the Tarn: located 5 km from the medieval town of Cordes sur Ciel, 25 minutes from the historic town of Albi, classified by Unesco World Heritage of Humanity and 25 minutes from the town of Gaillac, renowned for its vineyards.

You can enjoy a private outdoor area of 300 m², a covered terrace of 30 m² with plancha near the pool (10x5 m).
This rental consists of a set of two non-communicating buildings:

A building offering a spacious renovated living space of 100 m² with direct access to the covered terrace and pool: new fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge, entrance. Fireplace Insert. Big screen TV. Toilet.
A terraced house with 5 independent rooms accessible only from the outside: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (CH1 and CH2: bed 140) and 3 bedrooms upstairs (CH3 and CH5: bed 140, CH4: 2 beds in 90). All are of an area between 12 and 14 m², with bathroom and WC.
