We welcome you to the old village business in Saint-Marcouf (50310) on the east coast of the Manche department, given a modern makeover while retaining its history.
Come and discover throughout the year, this house of 103 m² of living space with its private terrace of 70 m² facing south, its pétanque court and its private parking.
You will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, its living room with TV and radio TNT SAT foreign channels, a master bedroom with its private bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs, a dormitory room with 4 90 cm beds, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its dressing room, a bathroom with shower cubicle, separate WC.
The two bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
A comfortable adjoining laundry room. (washer and dryer, drying rack, iron)
Newly and in addition to your stay, ON RESERVATION, indoor SPA with Jacuzzi. 5 people. This space is closed June July August.

"Séjour du 2 au 11 mai 2025"
Avons passé un très bon séjour à découvrir le Cotentin avec nos 3 chiwawas,dans un gite très bien équipé. Confortable avec un accueil très chaleureux de la propriètaire nous avons apprécié cette coupure... Nous recommandons cette belle maison dont nous avons appris l' histoire pour passer vos prochaines vacances!

Je recommande ce gîte, très bien équipé comme si nous étions à la maison, très propre...
Le petit plus pour le spa.
L'accueil a été très agréable.

"Gîte accueillant."
We had a great stay in this spacious and immaculate cottage. The place is spotlessly clean, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The warm welcome from the owners was a real plus, they are available and attentive. We particularly appreciated the fact that our dog was welcomed with such kindness, a real joy for families with animals. The setting is pleasant, ideal for walks and moments of relaxation. We will come back with pleasure! I highly recommend this cottage.

"Gîte parfait pour vacances en Cotentin"
A beautiful house in a quiet little village, perfect for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 children).
Perfectly renovated and laid out, pretty decoration, absolute calm, very well equipped and comfortable, nothing was missing and we will certainly return, especially since the location allows you to visit the must-see sites in Cotentin...

Le gîte corresponds en tous points à son descriptif.
La surprise, agréable, c'est la richesse de son équipement.
Plus d'une quarantaine de gîtes loués, avant de rencontrer un Perroquet ! Non pas le bel oiseau coloré, mais cet objet permettant d'accrocher blousons, manteaux, chapeaux. C'est bien la première fois, rentrer de balades et pouvoir accrocher ceux-ci plutôt sympa, cela plus tout le reste, Top!
