It includes a convivial dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
The cozy living room is perfect for TV nights or board games after a day of outdoor adventures.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: 140x190 bed, direct access to the terrace, dressing room, table for teleworking and TV
- bedroom 2: two modular beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed
- the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, double sinks, a hairdryer and a separate toilet
Outside, enjoy a private terrace and garden with mountain views, garden furniture and sun loungers.
A private room is available for storing your ski or bike equipment, with a washing machine and a small additional refrigerator.
Attached by a carport, the house preserves your privacy.
For your comfort, you will benefit from reversible air conditioning, electric shutters, free WiFi and parking for 2 vehicles.

"Vacances au calme"
Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Sarah, dans un logement neuf extrêmement confortable, hyper-propre, et totalement conforme aux photos et descriptions. La situation est parfaite pour visiter tous les sites majeurs des Pyrénées Centrales. Si nous revenons dans la région nous chercherons à louer à nouveau ce logement.

"Vacance en famille"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement neuf très bien équipé, décoré et situé (à la fois au calme et proche d'Argelès-Gazost). Sarah et Grégory ont été des hôtes très attentionnés et disponibles. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la superbe vue sur les montagnes depuis le logement et la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
