In the heart of a small village, this atypical gite of around 90 m² can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
Adjoining our main residence, without vis-à-vis, on several levels, this cottage has a separate entrance and a parking space.
You will have at your disposal, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking a tropézienne, a large living room with a convertible sofa; 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 90 cm beds; a shower room and 2 toilets.
Access to the park is open from May. You can enjoy a large swimming pool, an inflatable spa, garden furniture and a barbecue.
Household linen is provided, as well as wood for lovely winter evenings by the fire.
This cottage is open all year round for moments of disconnection in all seasons!
You have Marssac-sur-Tarn 7 km away where you will find all the amenities, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, bar, wine cellar, train station, post office… and also access to the A68 motorway.
Thus, you are 15 minutes from Albi, Gaillac, Graulhet and 1 hour from Toulouse.

"Anne Marie"
Superbe vieille maison restaurée avec beaucoup d'idées et de goût et excellent accueil de Sylvie et Franck avec qui nous avons sympathisé tout de suite. Vue la saison nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin mais vous qui cherchez un accueil dans la région, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus!

"Gite et accueil au top"
Très beau gîte très bien équipé. Accueil sympathique de Franck et Sylvie. Accès à la superbe piscine et au spa dans le jardin en toute tranquillité. La situation entre Albi, Gaillac et Graulhet est parfaite pour découvrir les environs. Je recommande !
