This haven of peace close to nature, for the whole family, accepts animals, in a protected environment, nestled near Parthenay, Niort and the Poitevin marsh, nearby golf course. You will also have access to the large amusement parks nearby (1 hour by car): Le Puy du Fou and Le Futuroscope.
At any time, our family cottage welcomes you for an idyllic stay: you, your loved ones and your four-legged friends will be enveloped in comfort "like at home".
Imagine yourself in a green setting, enjoying the sunny 200 m² courtyard, sheltered from prying eyes, the large paved courtyard, the enclosed and shaded 1000 m² garden: the birdsong will accompany your moments of relaxation.
Also enjoy the barbecue and garden furniture.

"Séjour au calme"
Nous avons passé une semaine à Saint Marc La Lande dans ce gîte très agréable De l'accueil au départ, tout a été parfait. La maison est très bien équipée ,très confortable, et les nuits très silencieuses. Le jardin et la cour intérieure sont magnifiques, le seul bémol a été la météo,qui ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter suffisamment. A recommander. 👍

"Accueil durant le FLIP2023"
Séjour extrêmement agréable dans la maison de Monsieur Sibileau. Le jardin est parfait pour se retrouver entre amis et Monsieur Sibileau est disponible et de la plus grande amabilité.

"Super sejour"
Nous remercions Mr et madame sibileau pour ce super séjour jolie endroit très calme jardin magnifique au mille senteur merci aussi d'avoir acceulli notre chien et notre chat la confiture de coin maison est délicieuse je recommande ce gîte qui a une histoire dans ce petit villages historique
