- Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the start of the holiday: 35% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation between the 20th and 8th day inclusive before the start of the holiday: 50% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the start of the holiday: 75% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival as specified in the contract: 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
Any stay that has already begun is payable in full.Any cancellation made before 3 weeks will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.
