Our cottage is spacious: large living room of 50 m² with TV, Free WIFI, kitchen 20 m², relaxation area 20 m² with TV, small football table, 5 bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds, 6 single beds, 3 bathrooms including 1 private. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Cot and high chair for baby.
With its south-facing terrace, you will enjoy the garden either in the sun or in the shade of the trees.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and hammocks are at your disposal. Barbecue, parasols.
Enclosed parking for 4/5 cars.
Pets not allowed.

- More than 60 days before the start of the stay, the DEPOSIT of 30% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT will be refunded by the owner
from 59 to 30 days before the start of the stay, 30% of the deposit paid by the tenant will be retained by the owner,
- from the 29th day before the beginning of the stay until the scheduled date of arrival, the TOTAL AMOUNT will be kept by the owner.
PAYMENT OF RENTAL: 30% deposit on booking, balance (all remaining due) 30 days at the latest before arrival at the gîte.
