It has a large living room of approximately 40 m² (equipped with a traditional fireplace) with a view of the fishing pond and the wooded park, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom (possibility of adding a cot), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet and a large terrace with direct access to the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Access by car
Coming from the A89 motorway (Périgueux / Bordeaux), take exit 12 towards Sainte-Foy-La-Grande rather than exiting at Mussidan towards Bergerac because it is faster.
In Sainte-Foy-La-Grande, take the D18 in the direction of “le golf des Vigiers” for about 10 km. At Couture, turn left on the D4 in the direction of Saussignac and drive for about 800 m. The entrance is opposite the sign indicating the first intersection.
If you are coming from Bergerac, take the D936 towards Bordeaux as far as Gardonne (12 km). In Gardonne, turn left on the D4 towards Saussignac (5 km). In Saussignac, continue for a few kilometers towards the Vigiers golf course. At the crossroads leading to the Auvergnats, do not turn and continue on the D4 for a hundred meters.
