Nestled in the heart of a regional natural park, the completely renovated gîte L'AIR DU PILAT welcomes you (MAXIMUM 10 people) in the hamlet of Maranches, near the village of PAVEZIN, between the Lyonnais mountains and the Rhône valley and all near one of the most beautiful villages in France: SAINTE-CROIX-EN-JAREZ where you will discover the Chartreuse dating from the 12th century.
The cottage offers all year round on 160 m², three bedrooms with in one 2 large double beds, another 1 large double bed and single bed, and another with a double bed, as well as a mezzanine with sofa sofa bed and a large living room-kitchen of 75 m² also equipped with 2 sofa beds, and on the ground floor a small bedroom with 1 single bed for people with reduced mobility.
A bathroom and a WC upstairs, a shower room and a WC on the ground floor, a 25 m² garage complete the interior amenities.
The exterior features are very numerous: two large terraces to the south and west, as well as a 36 m² swimming pool, equipped with a high sliding shelter allowing swimming in all weathers.
A bowling alley runs along the house, while at the bottom of the 4000 m² wooded park, fishermen can tease frying on a large private and secure pond of 300 m². Furnished tourist accommodation VERY WELL equipped.
Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from the house throughout the Pilat Regional Nature Park.
Lovers of great wines can also visit the cellars and taste the greatest vintages of the northern Côtes du Rhône: Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph... just ten minutes away.
Less than an hour away by car, you can discover SAINT-ÉTIENNE and its museums, LYON, the unmissable capital of Gaul and, even closer, VIENNA and its Gallo-Roman remains.

"Un petit coin très tranquille"
Hôtes accueillants et sympathiques. Maison fonctionnelle avec petite bibliothèque, livres et jeux pour enfants à l'étage. Aucun vis- à-vis. Espaces verts bien entretenus ainsi que le petit étang en contrebas, petit paradis pour les oiseaux qui y chantent toute la journée. Jolie piscine couverte. Multiples randonnées à proximité avec points de vues magnifiques.
