Kervalo is a 3* Breton gîte, perfectly fitted out for 4 people (+ baby).
Slightly removed from the road, you will certainly find, with family or friends, calm, comfort, and an enclosed space for children or animals.

It offers you:
• on the ground floor: 1 living room with TV, games, reading room, 1 bathroom with bath/shower, separate WC, full kitchen area
• upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, computer corner and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe

Baby equipment (pushchair, travel cot and bedding, high chair, booster seat, bath ring, potty seat, safety gate)

Exteriors: courtyard and flowered path (can also be a parking lot), terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, under arbor.

The driveway leading to the gite can be used as parking. There is no view of the neighborhood on the terrace, a peaceful space. The cottage is non-smoking. We are close (and available) but the cottage is independent..
800 m from the town centre, in a charming flowered town, on the banks of the Trieux where you can visit the 50 washhouses in electric boats.
Ideally located to enjoy the sandy family beaches 15/20 km away (Plouha, Binic, Perros-Guirec and others), the breathtaking landscapes of the Pink Granite Coast (Ploumanach, Trégastel) and the treasures of the Breton countryside (churches, chapels, Tréguier, Lannion, Château de La Roche-Jagu, etc.)
