Biliardino Sentieri trekkingGîte Ker Anna, per un massimo di 12 persone, si trova in una posizione ideale a Derval, equidistante tra Nantes e Rennes (a 2,5 km dall'interscambio).
Questo edificio di carattere, in pietra, è stato rinnovato per unire il fascino del vecchio e il comfort del moderno.
Ti sentirai come a casa per i tuoi weekend con la famiglia o gli amici, un soggiorno rilassante nella quiete della campagna o per un soggiorno sul tema della fattoria, ad esempio per strutture per le vacanze adattate.
Il cottage viene affittato a gestione libera, la cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, utensili ed elettrodomestici
C'è 1 camera da letto al piano terra con 1 letto matrimoniale, una piccola sala giochi accanto con un divano letto, e non è possibile dormire nel soggiorno.
Al piano superiore ci sono 2 camere da letto con 3 letti singoli e 1 camera con 2 letti singoli.
All'esterno si ha una grande terrazza su 3 livelli e un giardino completamente recintato.
C'è anche spazio per parcheggiare i tuoi veicoli.
Abbiamo anche altri 2 alloggi in affitto a La Garlais che possono essere affittati insieme o separatamente: il Grand Gîte con una camera per 50 persone e 31 posti letto e il Gîte de La Cour per 11 persone.

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT
Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER
The owner pays the tenant all the sums paid.
CANCELLATION RELATED TO COVID-19 (OR SIMILAR)
If the cancellation is caused by confinement or the legal impossibility of making the reservation (restriction of distance for example), in accordance with ordinance n ° 2020-315 of March 25, 2020, a credit note of the value of the deposit paid will be sent to you. This will allow you to postpone your reservation within 18 months.

From April to the end of September, the weekend rental includes a minimum of 2 nights.
You can book Gîte Ker Anna alone if you wish.
The Grand Gîte and the Gîte de la Cour are rented together during this period, because the 2 gîtes are adjoining.
The price for this service is €1,450 in 2023 (€1,480 in 2024) excluding the cleaning fee.
You can add Gîte Ker Anna if you wish to reach a maximum total of 50 beds, at a rate of €1865 for a total of 2 nights in 2023 (€1910 in 2024).
Between October and March, you can rent each gîte separately for the number of nights you want (excluding school holiday periods).
