This building of character, stone, has been renovated to combine the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern.
You will feel like at home for your weekends with family or friends, a relaxing stay in the quiet of the countryside or for a stay on the theme of the farm for adapted holiday structures for example.
The cottage is rented free management, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and appliances
There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed, a small playroom next door with a sofa bed, and no sleeping is in the living room.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Outside you have a large terrace on 3 levels and a fully fenced garden.
There is also room to park your vehicles.
We also have 2 other gites to rent in La Garlais that can be rented together or separately: The Grand Gîte with a room for 50 people and 31 beds and the Gîte de La Cour for 11 people.

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT
Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER
The owner pays the tenant all the sums paid.
CANCELLATION RELATED TO COVID-19 (OR SIMILAR)
If the cancellation is caused by confinement or the legal impossibility of making the reservation (restriction of distance for example), in accordance with ordinance n ° 2020-315 of March 25, 2020, a credit note of the value of the deposit paid will be sent to you. This will allow you to postpone your reservation within 18 months.
