The Gîte with 3 spacious, bright, comfortable bedrooms is independent from the owners' house. The two bedrooms upstairs can accommodate 2 people and the one on the ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and WC.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and various cooking equipment.

The wifi connection is possible throughout the house. The terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs allows you to enjoy long summer evenings.

The nearby environment is calm, and you can, as soon as you leave the cottage, opt for walks or bike rides on marked trails.
The small town of character of La Roche-Bernard welcomes you with its charming little port, its old quarters populated by craftsmen, its restaurants for all budgets, its shopping streets and the superb views over "la vilaine" .

A little further, you can visit the beaches of Pénestin, La Turballe, La Baule, the medieval city of Guérande, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Rhuys peninsula, the characterful towns of Piriac and Rochefort-en-Terre. You will have the choice among the many activities offered within a radius of 5 to 15 km: fishing, hiking, beach, swimming pool, Branféré zoo, tree climbing, golf, thalassotherapy, horse riding ...
