SECURITY DEPOSIT:
At the latest when entering the premises, the Lessee will remit to the Lessor an amount of € 300 (three hundred euros) as a security deposit intended to cover damage and / or degradation of the accommodation and of the furniture and furnishings. accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as the loss of keys or objects.
The security deposit will be returned to the Lessee within a maximum period of one month after his departure, minus, where applicable, sums covering damage and / or degradation of the accommodation and of the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as as the loss of keys or objects.
The security deposit may be constituted by the delivery of a deposit check signed to the order of the Lessor that the latter will return subject to the inventory and inventory of fixtures conforming to the return of the keys.
BOOKING TERMS:
A deposit of 30 % must be sent to take an option on a date.
Upon receipt of this deposit a rental contract will be sent to the lessee. It will be edited in two copies, one of which must be returned to Ô Cèdre Bleu (fully completed, initialed at the bottom of each page, dated, and signed on the last page).
RENTAL PAYMENT TERMS:
• 30 days from the date of the start of the stay, a second deposit will be paid, thus achieving 50% of the total cost of your rental.
• 15 days from the date of the start of your stay, a third deposit will be paid, thus achieving 75% of the total cost of your rental.
• At the latest, on the day of your arrival, you will pay the remaining amount due, ie 25% of the total cost of your rental.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS:
• No right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of accommodation, transport, catering, leisure services which must be provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity.
• Cancellation for exceptional and unavoidable causes or force majeure:
(For example: Case of an earthquake, a cause independent of our wishes or restrictive measures taken by the government / prefecture in the context of the emergency health law.)
The deposit paid can be transformed into a credit note for a later date (up to 18 months later) or be reimbursed on simple request accompanied by the supporting document (natural disaster order, Covid-19 prefectural order, regulatory text).
• Cancellation up to the 60th day before the date of stay:
Refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation between the 60th day and the 30th day before the date of the stay:
The deposit will be kept by Ô Cèdre Bleu, as compensation.
• Cancellation between the 30th day and the start of the stay:
The deposits paid will be kept as compensation by Ô cèdre Bleu which reserves the right to claim the full cost of your stay.
MODIFICATION OF DATES (MODIFICATION, EXTENSION or SHORTENING):
• Modification:
The date of your stay may be changed up to 90 days before it, subject to availability.
• Extension :
This will be possible under the same conditions as initially and subject to availability.
• Shortening:
If you want to shorten your stay (except in cases of force majeure or health), you will owe Ô Cèdre Bleu the full cost of your initially planned stay, without any possible discount.
